Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Parivartan ICT. We are committed to helping students develop the right skills, confidence, and career direction. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses or services.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

✔ If the course/service purchased is cancelled by Parivartan ICT before commencement
✔ If a duplicate payment is made by mistake (proof required)
✔ If the student requests a refund before the course starts and has not attended any class or session

2. Non-Refundable Payments

Payments will not be refunded under the following conditions:

✘ If the student has already attended any session
✘ If the student discontinues the course mid-way for personal reasons
✘ If access to course materials has been provided (in case of online courses)
✘ For personal counselling sessions once an appointment has been scheduled or delivered
✘ For any delays or disruptions caused by technical or internet issues on the student’s side

3. Transfer / Batch Change Policy

Students may request:

🔹 Batch change / rescheduling — subject to seat availability
🔹 Transfer of enrolment to another eligible course — management approval required

Note: No monetary refunds will be issued in these cases.

4. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–14 working days
  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method only
  • Transaction charges, taxes, or payment gateway fees may be deducted
