Parivartan was established in the year 1998 with an objective to provide guidance to students and young professionals. The aim of the institute had been to provide services to make people take the right decisions by making them understand themselves and believe in themselves.by using personality profiling techniques we help a person know his strengths, weaknesses, abilities, interest and areas where improvement is required. So far, we have helped more than 25,000 people to develop the right approach to work and learning and guided them reach success in personal and professional life. Our Approach
We at Parivartan believe than man is the master of his own destiny and creates his own reality. Time is the most precious resource and every moment must be used in a fruitful manner. We try to ensure that the economic and financial resources are not used in wasteful manner. We put ourselves in the position of the next person and try to find out the exact requirements and needs and develop customized plan of study and approach as the needs of one differs from that of the other.to accomplish this we have a detailed discussion with the person and provide information on various options, opportunities, requirements of different careers, future growth and prospects and give suggestions for achieving their goals. Any decision must be taken only when one has all the information before venturing on any career. We have also started a new approach to learning in which we identify the areas for the aspirants for exams for public sector, government jobs, private sector, and those who want to abroad by passing exams like S.A.T. G.R.E, G.M.A.T, T.O.F.E.L, I.E.L.E.S., PRINCETON, M.C.C.Q.E and N.E.T. the students and professionals would learn only the sections in which they lack proficiency thereby saving time and money. A customised program is developed and guidance is provided for the same.
