2. Enrollment & Attendance

  • Course enrolment will be confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Students are expected to maintain regular attendance to complete the course objectives.
  • If a student misses classes, no extra sessions will be guaranteed unless specifically provided by the institute.

3. Fees & Payments

  • All course or counselling fees must be paid in advance.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable except under conditions mentioned in our Refund and Returns Policy.
  • Parivartan ICT is not responsible for any bank or transaction charges applied by the payment gateway.

4. Use of Study Material

  • All course content such as notes, worksheets, videos, and other materials are the intellectual property of Parivartan ICT.
  • Students are strictly prohibited from:
    • Sharing, copying, or distributing content
    • Publishing content online without permission
    • Recording any class/session in any form

Failure to follow these terms may result in termination of course access without refund.

5. Code of Conduct

Students must:

  • Maintain respectful behaviour with instructors and other students
  • Not engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or misconduct
  • Use facilities and online platforms responsibly

Disciplinary action may be taken for violations, including suspension from the course without refund.

6. Counselling Services

  • Personal counselling is confidential, except in cases involving risk of harm or legal obligations.
  • Parivartan ICT does not provide any medical or psychiatric treatment.
    For severe mental health concerns, students may be referred to professional healthcare services.

7. Learning Outcomes

  • Parivartan ICT aims to support skill development and performance improvement.
  • However, results such as exam success, job placement, or specific personal outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Parivartan ICT will not be responsible for losses or damages arising due to:

  • Technical issues such as internet / device problems on student’s side
  • Misinterpretation or misuse of study materials
  • Any external factors beyond our control

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect personal information only for educational and administrative purposes.
  • We do not sell, share, or misuse personal data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
