In the present times the selection techniques have more objective and when the interaction for personality assessment has moved to the virtual world one must be prepared to face telephonic interviews and interviews on digital platforms.in formal situation one has to overcome his fears and overcome inhibitions to show his potential and true abilities. Many times we find that despite knowing the answer one is not able to perform to the best of his ability and end up not being selected. Sometime a candidate is not able to adapt to the role expected of him. The purpose of the program is to make a person aware of the techniques and the questioning areas and to make him prepared to face the situation so that he would relate to the idea behind the question and not to just the words. Group discussions bring out the real personality and the most likely role one would adapt in real situation.
